Morgan stanley stepping into the fray today upgrading Intel to a 25 target saying that pc checks imply a stronger quarter and the likelihood that the high end of a 6-5-6.9 billion quarter can be beaten by 1-200 million. Interesting since INTC has just run 50% and that 25 represents a PE of 40 for 2003 and PEG of 2.3 or so. All this for a company that has stopped guessing about their own ability to predict the bottom of their own business cycle.
