Looks to me that between the aforementioned dates he is calling for a cycle high wherein "ALL" can short whatever they desire in compliance with their mental faculties. I also see no promise contained within his message, but, rather, a prediction ... nothing more, nothing less. Like all who post herein, take the post for what it is worth to you otherwise you sound like an angry follower whose discovered his guru has bad mojo.

I always respect the Markets short-term direction. Hence, we are still in a positive upward draft. Until, there is a firm close on the Dow under 8650, standing on the sidelines and watching all the colorful balloons stream by in this parade of shinny stocks is not a bad position. Its always better to be safe than sorry...
