Fred, Thanks. But the politics of the world are FAR more volatile than they were a few years back. . . so when outside influences come into play, things can move quickly one way or another. It makes trying to get a grip on what may lie ahead that much more tricky. And of course, I could be totally wrong. . . but the main thing I am trying to get across is that I am not confident that just because we have established 2 months of consecutive gains, that we are out of the water. I don't believe we are out of the water yet. . . despite the fact that this bear has lasted longer than the one which followed the crash of '29.

I think we need one last blast lower with panic and desperation in the eyes of investors everywhere. "Get me out at any price", needs to be heard in the halls of Wall Street for a day or two, IMO. Once that happens, then we will have turned an important corner. Technicians will call it a test of the low. Some will call it a final capitulation phase. Call it what you will. It doesn't matter. The important part is that when it comes that you recognize it for what it is and take advantage of the panic.

It simply comes down to the old adage:

"Buy the panic. . . sell the greed."
