If I go on TV and say that abortion is evil, and the next day some nut kills an abortion doctor, does that make me even partially responsible? Criminally I think not. That was the point I was obliquely making regarding the clerics in SA. Before 9/11 what would you have done beyond surveillance? In the US what a civil jury may find is another matter in such cases. You never know how hot the McDonald's coffee should be until you test it in civil court. Al
