Most places have the 3 day law for undoing such contracts. There is no such thing as trusting inappropriately. I must be able to make informed decisions. If you are deceiving me on the car lot, I will have recourse when the deceit is uncovered. Again, the responsibility will fall on the deceiver for the outcome.

Wise words, but not supportable where conflicts arrise. Again you don't get to chose for me who I trust. Nor have I violated anything actionable by trusting.
