Canadians should be glad the Chinese don't produce softwood:

Why? the hurdles over..there is no market for it..we move on. It would be interesting see the reaction if the US told the Chinese their wood was not going to be accepted in the US without a 30% duty. The Chinese cards haven't been played yet. I don't think any of us have an idea how things will work out in the end. No doubt their will be some unpleasant surprises.
