Yeah, I saw that.

They should take the whole foreign aid budget and, if it isn't eliminated outright, use a clear set of criteria for deciding where it should go and why. Here we are spending $2 billion on Egypt and they insist on airing a deliberately inflammatory 41 part series on the Protocols of Zion. Yes, it's their right to. But it's also our right to pull our money. And IMO we should -- every dime of it.
