SOP. They simply wrote that in their 10-Q. All companies do that. Why Reuters decided that their standard disclaimer was worthy of a headline is beyond me. Maybe they wanted to accumulate more stock before it headed north with the sector?

You have to be careful what you read and how you approach it's contents. At the same time, I am going on what the company has given as guidance and they could end up spending much more than previously stated.

I'm not pounding the table for CORV, I'm just trying to show you the facts as the numbers from the balance sheet suggest, as well as what the company has set forth as guidance. In theory, CORV has disruptive technology that makes a lot of the long haul and ultra long haul technology that is currently in use obsolete. First they have to sell the major player's on it's benefits and, secondly, beat the competition to buffet table. A couple of BIG ifs.
