you are shorting QQQ here or merely saying what your sell/buy signal would be IF you shorted?

answer:
(1)Your question is very interesting from a risk/reward point of view.
(2)If you have a long position, the risk/reward calculations are saying sell part or all of long positions.
Translation: Chances are you will be able to buy them at
a lower price in the near future.
(3)If you have no positions, the risk/reward calculations are saying it is time to short QQQ based on stop loss of daily higher high.
(4)Half of that QQQ short should not be held very long.
You should place cover limits at such levels to be triggered in the next 1 to 3 days.
(5)The cover price of the second half of the QQQ short is
up is the air right now.
(6)Buying puts rather then shorting is much more risky here
due to bid and ask spreads.IMHO.

make things easy for me.
