I need a new video card on my current PC (which is a high-end Dell from 99)... strange during some flashing banner ads the video goes inverse and does wierd things... only certain ads nowhere else on the PC. I went to see about buying a new video card - although I'm not completely sure thats where the problem is... I almost came to the conclusion its better to buy a whole new PC for $800 than a video card for $100 and the hassle of putting it in! Flat screen monitors are coming down too... I want a 20-21" been waiting for those to drop. Lizzie
