Brilliant, brilliant idea just descended upon me fully formed as from Hera's head. This will kill you, so sit down. You know how there are these ice cream vans which travel about cities and also those hot dog and sausage wagons on street corners. So what are they forgetting? You guessed it.. the all in one pizza truck. A driver, and a P-maker, with computerized map of city and a cell phone for delivery. You co-ordinate several trucks and as orders come in you route the calls to the truck which can best serve that call. Start the pizza when the call comes in and start driving towards it. You arrange it so all calls are scheduled to about 20 minutes from the truck in routing. Oven would be combo M-wave, hot plate and convection for all around fast cooking. Gas and electric. Pizza at your door so hot, fresh and fast it will scare you. Of course that is 5 pizzas an hour just to break even, but its a wonderful concept. EC<:-}
