Yuk!

They just can't live with the idea that it is wise to put a few bucks in the bank during good times to offset the bad times. Of course it has been ever thus.

He forgot raise tobacco tax from 15 cents to 55 cents and then complain that everybody is buying their cigarettes over the internet or out of state. Thus, the increase was a wash except that it is hurting small businesses around the state. Their solution is to push for an internet tax and to try and get surrounding states to raise their taxes. Get real. The (black) market will laugh in their faces.

F*cking economy is in the crapper and Joe Sixpack is being forced to cut his spending left and right and what does the state do? It keeps spending and trys to squeeze more out of the fewer that are employed.
