It is pretty well known that depleted uranium shells were used in the Gulf War. Even American soldiers had problems.

You should be able to find ample reference in Google.

If you claim its not a reliable source, that's fine. But, until you give a reason for that, it's merely your opinion. Certainly, someone who hasn't heard of UNSCOM is not exactly qualified to rate Gulf War sources.
