"But you don't really." Reeeally? That looks like an over simplified exaggeration. But just out of curiosity, what would it take to "really" oh sage of realityism? I don't think we have an authoritative view of that...well, perhaps you know one since so many people's "claims" have not risen to your standards of "really," which are.....????

I think the truth lies somewhere inbetween. Certainly people put on faces here that may be quite different from their 3D reality. I think there's a lot more gaming going on here than some people admit to. But I think you can also know things about people. It's hard to hide everything about yourself when you write thousands of posts. In your case, it's pretty clear that you do have children, and that you were trained as a lawyer. Those things come through and I doubt you could have faked them successfully enough to fool people. You obviously watch a lot of movies; you couldn't have come up with some of the answers you have from books or on line databases. You have an excellent memory, both for those and, for example, because you came up with The Amazing Vacation for me when several childrens' librarians were unable to identify it for me and even an inquiry to the NY Times Book Review columns when they had reader requests there (don't know whether they still do) got no response. So there are things I am quite confident that I know about you.
