WE'LL give the Turks a Free Trade Agreement.

I wish we would give the world a Free Trade Agreement. In the meantime, while I wait for Utopia, Maybe the Arabs will be smart enough to set up their own Free Trade Area. However, based on present numbers, they are not producing anything to speak of but oil.
