To me it just seems there are enough skeptics for a reasonable bet on a major move higher on the markets near term.
Skeptics - No one doubts that we are headed to 1600 it seems. Luc on the CFZ is busy loading up with calls. Most bears are in hibernation afraid to short (add me to that list).
