What you mean is that you can not prove whether the dupie was informed or not. The clean scenario idea only exists hypothetically as we define the level of dupiness for our imaginary dupe. The UPS example you gave does not have a dupe. But you could write one in. Hey buddy can you take this package in there, I've got my hands full....sure no prob...oops, Kaboom

The should know that there is a bomb ready to go off is not a reasonable expectation (Well, if we date it prior to 911 craziness). If we know our imaginary dupes thinking, we can define him as someone who was completely duped into doing something that blew other people up. There is less need to be cautious in this situation than there would be in the bank where suspicions and images of robbery might be expected.
