Let's see, "we" have been buying back stocks, we are doing dividends, we did lend money, we are allocating a lot to R&D - what else is there?

Nice that " Moody's Investors Service" tries to save some CDMA infra disaster, not much of a
well rated great chinese wall between the services?? Kind of Enronitis and Arturitis??

- Nokia Cash Pile Is An Important Asset - Moody's.....
- better waste it on some troubled QCDMA infra...... or....
