Canada say yes
or
Alberta says no

The Kyoto Accord underscores the fact that each area of Canada has been shaped by the center and this trend will not change in the future. The very serious objections of Alberta will make very little difference to the Federal Liberal Party and Prime Minister Chretien. The Federal Liberals have a clear mandate from the Canadian voter, in my opinion this Liberal Government is one of the strongest most entrenched governments of the last hundred years.

The lack of strength in certain regions has always been a hallmark of Canadian political parties. The implosion of the Federal Progressive Conservatives has left a single strong Canadian Federal Party, the Liberals. Region aside, the majority of Canadian voters clearly voted Liberal.
