The "Wells" was bs. She didn't make a false statement under oath. The statement in question (dealing with a stop loss order) was made by a public relations representative.

I wish I knew. My understanding is that it's a 30 day notice to show cause why civil charges shouldn't be brought on insider trading. If they don't bring charges shortly, she may have shown cause which means the stock flies shortly. I'm hoping it comes back down so I can get back in.
