Maybe --Mike will let you perform his next colonostomy.

colonoscopy: peering into the deep recesses of the large bowel thru a scope.

colonostomy: making a hole in the large bowel.

I don't make holes in bowels. I do resuscitate patients in septic shock after bowel perforations, some of which occur inadvertently (we like that word, in Medicine; sounds benign, like, "please don't sue me") after colonscopy.

In any event, peering into, around or anywhere near --cMB's bowels is best avoided as Thanksgiving dinner approaches.
