It's interesting that with numbers like that we aren't really rallying much. Almost all of today's gains (so far) are in the overnite gap.

Yesterday looked like we had a 90% down day in advance-decline stocks and volume on the Nasdaq.

I don't know about issues, but net declining volume yesterday was only 75.95%.
