LOL! Point well taken, Dan. But the advantage over a straight straddle may be cost. A straight ATM straddle on either market would cost more than buying OTM puts (or calls) on both markets. Price comparability could be achieved with a one-market strangle, but I think the profit curve is not as good. Have not actually modeled any of this yet.

Besides, somebody needed to revive this thread!
