TAHERA CORPORATION ARRANGES $1.8 MILLION FLOW-THROUGH FINANCING Tahera has arranged a $1.8-million private placement of flow-through common shares in two separate transactions. In the first transaction, each flow-through common share will have a subscription price of 16 cents per share, resulting in 9,375,000 flow-through common shares being issued for total proceeds of $1.5-million.
