GZ, what are you talking about? I presented my case, detailed my arguments in response to your questions about the harm done by the Bush Tariff tax increases... and you said you disagreed with me.

That's fine, it's a mostly free World, you are certainly free to disagree with anything you want to... I merely asked you if you had any evidence to dispute my claim that these tariff tax increases harm the economy.

You don't want to come up with a counter argument, or facts for one, that's fine....

As to your claim that I made an "an allegation", I'm not sure what you are referring to. I certainly made none about you, but if you are talking about my statement that tariffs on these commodities function as broad-based tax increases in the economy... I guess that is sort of an 'allegation', but it's one nearly every economist would agree with... it's hardly a controversial thing.

:) As far as "people warning you not to engage into conversation with me"... that doesn't sound like a very grown-up response on their parts, but... maybe they just can't keep the pace up?

Unlike others here, I try to make reasonable arguments (which people are free to agree or disagree with), and I'm NEVER the first to start resorting to childish insults in place of debate.
