I seriously doubt much more RealEst growth in appreciation
jobs should be the real issue next year
and mortgage default
the defaults are escalating in Boston for auto loans
"the worst in 30 years" is a quote read to me from a good friend in Boston, peering over a newspaper column

I expect the Fed will contribute to lower Trez yields
unsure that mortgages will follow much
the curve balls are so many
default, delinquency, REFI losses
we will find out the floor very soon

I expect rates on longend will not cooperate with GreenScheiss
I recall a Mauldin weekly in summertime quoting Greg Weldin
he expects a sudden 15% airpocket drop in RE prices
then a long hissing leak for three years
that is my expectation

nice post on REthread
