Lancaster Perch. Now there is a fast food few have thought of. Oh, but you're wrong there... Son, where ya bin all of these years that yah've not seen all the Lancaster Perch cook-shacks along the 4-Oh-One, eh? Now, don't tell me yah've missed them big billboards emblazoned with "LANCASTER, EXIT 614, HOME OF THE LANCASTER PERCH, while blazing along between Cornwall and the eastern edge of Canada, I mean Ontario? Saints preserve us! It isn't like we're talkin' bout yer Cumberland Barbots now!! I mean, them mudpouts are barely known fer a mile or two either side of old 17 on the way to Hawkesbury. C'mon, man! Get wit de program, eh? Aye, boyz, it's gonna be a cold one t'night. Almos time to fire up the skidoo and tow the fishin' shack out onta the ice.
