Looks like MB Trading is now offering two types of commissions plans. $9.95 per trade (plus ECN Fees) or a per share fee (no ECN Fees) starting at 1/2 cents per share depending on total shares traded. No extra charge for phone orders.

I heard good things about the MBT Navigator but didn't want to make the leap because they did not offer a per share fee. Going to give it a try and will post my findings here once I get the account set up.
