Hi Cary,

with the increased demand for the equipment you see... can you estimate the total revenue of the companies or the earnings power ? Do you think we will reach the 2000 bubble levels of spending anytime soon ?

Why would ASML issue such a lousy prediction if fabs are going to ramp .13u capacity ?
