It only sucks if you expect anybody to be:
1. Knowledgeable
2. If actually Knowledgeable, then Helpful

I have found that at Fry's, 99% of the people there are not knowledgeable of anything that is useful to the shopping experience. And if you find that 1% that is knowledgeable, there is no way in hell that they will be helpful. But if you know what you are looking for and don't have any questions, and you don't have anybody with you (a key requirement), then Fry's can be ok.

>>Believe me, the Fry's retail experience sucks. <<

that must be incredibly bad....we don't have a fry's here..

best buy, circuit city and ultimate electronics..

service wise they all suck...UE has the edge, but they also have higher prices so their viability is questionable.
