My neighbor had her 20 pound given to her. Jeeze if 5 people ate that they ate like wolves.

Back in days of yore when all turkeys were fresh, I'd buy a big one after Christmas, on sale. I removed the breast, froze it and cooked the rest of the bird. We like the dark meat the best.

We were into training hunting dogs and went to a lot of trials. I'd smoke cook the breast on the Weber and we had plenty for sandwiches that were good.
