Not necessarily, in my view. When the market reaches fair value, there will be billions of market value that just evaporates (think about the NASDAQ decline from 5000+). It's not a matter of rotation from stocks to e.g., gold or bonds. The money will not be pulled out of stocks and reinvested in other vehicles (e.g., gold). Instead, ala the decline from 5000, people will hold all the way down and lose billions.
