T, Actually, I have the problem that I am the thing my friends are trying to get their female buddies to like. <g> It's not polite to ask your hosts for a menu, but sometimes it's necessary. I found that often with my New Age friends. Otherwise, you can end up with cucumber wine and wheat grass au gratin with fake cheese. Then you spend the rest of the evening ignoring the conversation and trying to remember if there is a Mickey D's on the drive home. <g>
