Jon Dougherty ~~ Glad to see he is still reporting...He is the one that worked so diligently on the missing Military election 2000 ballots... Found some of the military NEVER got the ballots and some of them "for some reason" were still in warehouses, etc and didn't make it to be counted in time. ETC.
