Dear Scott,
The recent percent increase in NT stock price needs to be ignored. Look at the money on the sidelines and the name brand status of a low priced stock. It's still a $2 stock and when "smart money" comes back to the market they will be looking for NT. A comfortable level is around 8/10 from a technical view. The price has moved above resistance @ 1.25 and both volume spikes in June and July were buyers looking for the bottom. A good solid bottom appears to be in place from Sept/Oct. I don't think anyone believes that NT is going back to a buck. You only need one great stock in your lifetime, is it NT?
