The date on the report was listed as Nov 19, so the work was prob done in the week prior. It's not unusual, even now, for stocks to be trading above targets and still be listed as BUY or STRONG BUY. Chalk it up to analyst laziness, I guess. I generally prefer to look at their comments, rather than the numbers, which often are made of smoke.(Speaking of which, one of the perma-bears, Steve Leuthold, went from 38% net long on equities to 70% net long, his max position. Same issue of Barrons)
