"I also requested that WLS 890AM, in Chicago, remove the link for my web-site from their homepage that allowed WLS listeners to veiw Jay Marvin's fantastic works of art and read his prose because Jeffrey S Mitchell's, Robert Zumbrunnen's and Janice Evans', aka Janice Shell's, acts of terrorism now include terrorist acts against a member of the press, WLS talk-host, Jay Marvin."

...said Dobry, on his web site onthecanvas.com.....

How about some boxer poems by Marvin?

Yes, it seems he'll do anything to bolster his image. For instance, on that Zak Mucha "Gallery" article he has at onthecanvas.com there is a photo captioned "Gary Dobry vs Ruperto Chavez, Chicago Golden Gloves 1998". It implies that Dobry boxed against Chavez in the 1998 Golden Gloves. Since the only face visible is that of Chavez it's hard to tell who his opponent is.

The problem is that Gary Dobry is NOT listed in the Golden Gloves tournament in 1998, and Chavez didn't fight in the 1998 Golden Gloves either. The records show that Chavez got beaten in the second round of the 1997 preliminaries, and once again there was no Gary Dobry listed in 1997.

Maybe there's another tournament called the "Golde Gloves" which featured Dobry v Chavez, or maybe Dobry just made it all up.
