You know, this downhill canoeing sounds like a bit of a blast. Probably as dangerous as hell though. Never tried it, but who knows, maybe I will if I find an old beater of a canoe suitable for it. So, is this how the legend of The Flying Canoe got its start? As for cutting up my Prospector to improve it for river travel... well, I think that if I got caught chopping and channeling it into a high performance model, I could well end up in the doghouse around here. I take it you might prefer asymmetrical canoes? Never have owned one, but contemplating adding it to the fleet. (o:
