Uhh.. Kumar.. It's not me or the rest of the American public that has to "live with it".. A private "punishment" that maintains the pride and deniability of the Saudi royals just isn't good enough, certainly so long as the media continues to questions SA's true loyalties (other than to themselves.. :0)

The Saudis are going to either suck up their pride and admit it took place, or do something that distracts the American public's attention from their complicity....

And the best way they could do that would be to launch an internal crackdown on militants, be more forthcoming on providing assistance to the US regarding who's involved in the militant factions..

I have no problem putting the Saudis in a "squeeze play".. They will have to decide where their best interests lie... Taking a chance of being internally overthrown in order to appease the US, or guaranteeing their overthrow from the outside....

Right after we finish with Iraq...
