"So what?" There is nothing legally wrong with a private group denying access to others as long as they don't use public funds or buildings... I see nothing wrong with girl scouts admitting boys but to do so the boys would have to agree to be less discriminatory and exclusionary. Girl Scouts don't have the same biased rules the boys do. re; Blacks and Jew and for the record Catholics in the KKK... Not in the very epitome of racism and bigotry....that's the very purpose of their existence. Whites in black colleges? I don't think there any so called black colleges that won't accept non-blacks....do you know any??? You say you have no problem with private groups as long as they are law abiding with peaceful and lawful intent... How can a private group that accepts public money exclude certain people lawfully? Is discrimination undemocratic and unconstitutional and therefore unlawful?
