I found out they were gay many many years later,,, .. In fact one was a very close friend and next door neighbor who died of aids... one committed suicide, one died recently of some disease I do not know what kind. and another is still very successful. Guess I never thought of not being gay.. but then never thought of being gay... Where do you come from? Like I said earlier no one in the troops I knew of ever checked beliefs or background.. So I cannot relate to where you are coming from unless it is just confrontation with anyone.
