Marvin gets it almost right -

You take old posts, out of context, and you think it's going to do any real damage?

Those "old posts" are always in the proper context. Marvin just doesn't like to see the evidence of his malevolence and the lengths he will go to in support of Dobry.

How much damage those "old posts" will do to what's left of Marvin and Dobry's credibility remains to be seen. If they hadn't made the egregious, lying posts in the first place, they wouldn't be worried now.

In the law suit brought by Mr. Marvin, I believe that one of the complaints involved disparaging remarks involving his mental condition.

"And six day's later, he filed a lawsuit against us."

I think I've posted this before, but I always thought the complaint was bogus because there are so many sites that have listed his bipolar/Manic Depressive condition and many where he discusses the condition.

"Marvin went to a psychiatrist, who said he did indeed have a classic case of bipolar, or manic-depressive, disorder."
.
.
"Mary remembers Marvin’s highs. “I can understand why manic-depressives like the high part,” she says. "
