Army
or
Salvation

As an army they are next to useless, in terms of offering help to the needy they are exactly what they claim to be, a salvation. They sell $10.00 bikes as well, in this case the policy is less flexible as the bikes do not encourage you to try harder, they make you. I have often heard people grumbling about the quality of the Salvation Army soup but my guarded response has always been.. what do you want for nothing, your money back ?
A lot of fruit is good for you and sometimes you can get certain types of fruit tarts at Tim's. One particularly delicious commercial drove Rocks crazy because they never actually had the delicious looking strawberry tarts. They had the pictures and the posters and little NEW stickers on the price list, they just never had any of the tarts.

The ayurvedic principle of "prana" should be considered when discussing diet, in this regard grapes hardly compare to nuts for nourishment value.
