As it is now, the quarterback can be creamed when he is sacked.

Any football player can be hurt, it is the nature of the game.
Granted, more runners get hurt, but that is primarily because they as a whole are small, and the people who do the tackling are BIG!

How often do you see a linebacker hurt?
