<So many dropped balls makes me wonder if something about the way Feeley throws is not in sync with the receivers.> The players in my view simply were not ready for the cold weather. The football is smaller slippery and the hands less desiring to catch or hold on. That is what makes Packers near invincible on their homefield in playoffs (in fact i am thinking they never lost on their homefield in playoffs); they have fully adjusted to the catching and holding a football in that kind of weather by the time playoffs roll around.
I saw nothing wrong with Feeley passes, they just plained didn't catch them.
We win next week and Giants lose, they are eliminated and we clinch NFC-east.
And the big big if, if we win are last 4 games we are guranteed homefield advantage for entire playoffs.
If Giants lose one more game they could likely be eliminated from playoffs, with both wildcard teams coming from the NFC-south.
I have found out, their will still just be 6 teams in NFC playoff,4 divison winners and 2 wildcard. That means (as of today) Eagles/GB/49ers/ winner of NFC-south and it's 2nd and 3rd place teams. Max
The GB homefield factor is a biggy because as i say, their record at home is awesome.
I played a few football games on a frozen field and it is NOT a good experience!!!:) Max
