1. You responded to my post, but you didn't address my questions.

2. I am not sure what "worry" you are referring to. I have been fully committed for a while (months), and the 80% rise of my portfolio (not as volatile as KLIC in both directions) doesn't have me "baffled" any more than the precipitous fall did.

3. I have gone on record many times with my prognostications, but short term price movements I leave to Zeev Hed and other "technicians".

I checked the news for KLIC under Yahoo Finance and I didn't see this news. Do you have a URL for it?
