While that is true, Intel's Depreciation Expense is rising which is a trend which should be seen. Hasn't Intel's Capex been rising too?

Remember, Fixed Assets are depreciated over a finite life and any changes will cause depreciation expense to increase depeding upon the size of the fixed asset base.
