Though there is no legal right to refuse the Guard doctor's required examination... and the family physician's 'physical' would not have been admissable into his service record anyway (drug tests have 'chain of custody' requirements). Bush hasn't been able to come up with a single scrap of paper, or a single witness, to show he was there. Dozens of guard members - there pulling their required duty - have signed papers attesting that they never saw him... including the Commander of the base, who say's Bush was never there. His service record doesn't indicate his presence. And, he was required to serve out additional time in a 'paper unit' to make up for the time missed. Pretty funny!
