It's one of those self fulfilling prophecy things.
....to a degree.
If they believe it will happen
And they keep buying it
It will rise.
But the simple fact is that they do not have enough money left to push it back to the levels they are dreaming about.

I have heard both Cashin and Yardeni say repeatedly that this market can NOT achieve it's bottom until those "stubborn tech bulls" realize it is over for the techs.


This rally has the bulls coming out of the woodwork!~
