The amusing thing is that my opinions were made from the viewpoint of a layman routinely assessing the litigation risks of IDCC. No, the amusing thing is not that you are a layman routinely assessing the litigation risks of IDCC, but that you have deceived yourself into thinking that you are actually capable of doing so despite the complexity of the matter and your obvious lack of even the most rudimentary training. In other words, it's your arrogance that is amusing, Gussie. Dear old Gussie, often wrong, never in doubt.
